Ingredients (Serves 4)

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup wite enriched flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 3/4 cups milk
2 eggs
2 apples, peeled and diced



1: Mix together the dry ingredients. Add the liquid ingredients and mix well.

2: Add the diced apples and mix. Bake until both sides are golden brown on a hot greased skillet.

3: Top with apple butter and maple syrup.
