Ingredients (Serves 6)

—Crust—
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup chocolate chips
2 1/2 cups Rice Krispies

—Filling—
8 oz (1 block) cream cheese, softened
13 ounces sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup whipped cream
chocolate fudge syrup

Directions

1: In a pot over medium heat, melt the butter and the chocolate chips. Remove from the heat and stir in the rice cereal.

2: Press the cereal into a greased 9 inch pie pan.

3: In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add the sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter, combining well. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.

4: Gently fold in the whipped cream and then scoop into the crust.

5: Drizzle 2 tablespoons of chocolate fudge syrup over top. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
