After all, the first risen bread was thought to have been created by the Egyptians over 4000 years ago and flat breads were being eaten long before that.

In today’s world we are completely spoilt for choice over not just what kind of bread we can get our hands on, but also by the seemingly infinite list of ingredients that are available to use in the creation of sandwiches. So join us as we explore some of the possibilities in our pursuit of continually building an ever expanding list of great sandwiches of all shapes and sizes and let you decide how many inches is more than a mouthful.

If you have your own sandwich recipe that you would like to share with our readers, then why not drop us an email using our contact form.
