Ingredients (Serves 4)
4 sesame seeded bun
1 pound ground beef (low fat)
1/4 teaspoon salt
12 dill pickle slices
4 teaspoons ketchup
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 large onion
2 large tomatoes
1 cup lettuce (chopped)
1: Preheat skillet and BBQ grill to high.

3: Lightly toast both halves of each bun face down on the hot skillet and set aside.
3: Form each beef patty to a size that is a little wider than the buns and sprinkle the salt onto both sides of each patty.
4: Cook each patty on the BBQ grill for 3 minutes, each side.
5: To build the burgers start with the bottom part of each bun adding the burger patty, followed by 3 pickle slices, 1 teaspoon ketchup, 3 onion rings, 2 tomato slices, 1/4 cup lettuce, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, then finish off with the top part of each bun.
